Emerging form Vernon B.C., Max Erwin has had a very quick start to his career. Before joining Team Colabo, he won the largest purse in downhill skateboarding history at Calgary's Paskapoo DH. Once Colabo learned of Max Erwin’s skill level and humble attitude, we knew right away he was the next candidate for the team. In his first race he challenged his fellow riders and dominated the track all the way to finals. In one of the heats that same day, fans dubbed him Max ‘the Dog Dodger’ Erwin due to a slick maneuver around a loose dog near the end of the race. In that same event, with the odds stacked against him, Max took 3rd place out of nearly 80 riders. 1st Paskapoo Rodeo 2006, 2nd Paskapoo Rodeo 2007,  2nd Sullivan's Challenge, 3rd Sullivan's Challenge 2006.
